● At checkout, please provide your prescription in the remarks field, including "sphere for both eyes (myopia/hyperopia), cylinder, and pupillary distance."

● 1.61 lenses are recommended for myopia up to 600 degrees and astigmatism up to 200 degrees; if your prescription exceeds this range, please contact customer service before placing an order.

● Lenses are custom-made products; returns or exchanges are not available unless there is a quality issue with the lens itself.

Note:
All optical frames come with "original acrylic lenses" to support the frame.
However, acrylic lenses do not have anti-glare or blue light filtering functions, and are not recommended for long-term wear as general optical lenses.
Any imperfections on them are not considered defects and are not subject to return or exchange policies.
