Overseas shopping process OVERSEAS SHOPPING

 

Purchase products→Add to shopping cart→Select "Overseas Shipping" on the checkout page

Click on the payment method ( online credit card ) →

Select delivery area

( Asia area charges $1,000 for shipping in advance / Asia areas outside Asia charge $2,000 for shipping in advance )

Confirm the total amount is correct → fill in the recipient information

( It is recommended to provide a LINE nickname in the order notes for easy communication )

 

Online checkout with card → shipment

After the goods are shipped, the actual postage will be refunded or replenished.

You can also log in to the official website to check the international parcel number for tracking.

 

EX:

Shipping fee is $1000 in advance in Asia

After the goods are shipped,

If the actual postage is $300 , MISSU21 will refund the difference of $700 .

If the actual postage is $1,300 , customer service will notify you to make up the difference of $300 .

 

The balance of PS overseas collection and shipping will first be retained in the member's account in the form of shopping credits.

If you want a refund, you can leave a note on the order or contact official customer service.

 

Overseas freight calculation method:

Weight, volume, and shipping area will all affect the total shipping amount.

MISSU21 all uses "Chunghwa Post / International Parcel Rate" as the shipping method.

All products are sold under the "spot + pre-order" model. If the spot stock is sold out, "pre-order" will be displayed and you need to wait for additional time.

Under normal circumstances, the waiting time for goods is usually 3-7 working days after checkout. In case of special circumstances,

The waiting time for goods is approximately 7-14 working days after checkout.

 

If the pre-ordered goods are discontinued after payment, in order to avoid delaying the shipping time by confirming back and forth,

The out-of-stock amount will be retained as shopping credit and other items in the order will be shipped.

The out-of-stock amount will not affect the original free shipping discount.
