Glasses warranty and returns

Warranty terms

  • All frames sold by MISSU21 come with a three-month warranty.
  • MISSU21 is not responsible for damage that is not caused by the product itself or human factors. The warranty card must be stamped with the MISSU21 company seal to be valid.

Warranty repair service:

  1. Scope of free frame repair: nose pads, nose pads, corner switches, temple covers, frame magnets, front hanging magnets, and front hanging outer frame.
  2. The scope of chargeable frame repairs includes: temples (feet), metal frames, and sunglasses styles.
  3. As long as the glasses parts are usable and can be worn normally, if they are worn out due to use (such as dirt, scratches, rust, paint peeling...), they are not covered by the warranty, but customers can pay for replacement parts.
  4. MISSU21 reserves the right to choose the color and material of repair parts.
  5. If there are no replacement parts or it is judged that it cannot be repaired, MISSU21 can provide discounts for other styles of glasses.
  6. Maintenance work should be completed within 7 days as a rule, and it can be completed on site as soon as possible. If it is overdue, you will be notified.
  7. Repair products can be shipped by mail, and customers only need to pay the postage. After the repair is completed, please pick it up within one month of notification. No responsibility will be taken for storage after the deadline.

Lens warranty:

  1. Prescription lenses that are uncomfortable will be replaced free of charge once within 7 days.


Instructions for returns and exchanges

Frames sold in the MISSU21 online store (※excluding lenses) are entitled to a seven-day product appreciation period (including holidays). In order to protect your rights and interests, please be sure to confirm the status of the goods when you receive them. If there is any defect, please contact the MISSU21 team customer service LINE online customer service within seven days from the date of purchase.

To handle returns or exchanges, please send back to:

  • Complete product original packaging and accessories (main product, accessories, internal and external packaging, warranty card and gifts, etc.)
  • Proof of purchase (please bring the original card and billing slip for invoices and credit card payments)
