After-sales service & return policy

The returned amount will be retained as shopping credit, which can be directly deducted from your next purchase. If you want a refund, please inform LINE customer service.

It can be processed. If the order amount does not reach the free standard after the return, the purchase fee will be deducted from the original order shipping fee.

 

Precautions:

* If a member receives a gift when placing an order, the product must be refunded if the return does not reach the activity threshold.

* Gifts must be brand new and unopened. If they have been used or opened, they will need to be purchased at the price.

*MISSU21 reserves the right of final interpretation of this event.

 

Exchange of defective / wrong items :

If you receive defective or incorrect goods, please contact LINE online customer service to apply for a replacement within 7 days of signing for the goods.

 

Defective / Incorrect Item Returns :

The money will be converted into shopping credits first. If a refund is required, the gifts or shopping credits for the order must be recovered.

 

 

Size does not fit :

In order to simplify the process, MISSU21 does not provide "exchanges", only "return services".

If there is any discrepancy in size after picking up the goods,

Please contact LINE online customer service within 7 days from the day after you sign for the goods.

Apply for a return and re-order the appropriate size.

 

 

Due to certain circumstances, returns cannot be accepted. Please note that this will not affect your right to return:

* The clothes are stained with powder, stains, odor or have been worn for a long time

* The clothes have been washed

* The clothing has been modified

* Exceeded 7 days after receipt

* The gift has not been fully returned ( if the gift has been used and the order return is not full, the gift must be purchased at the price )

* Incorrect washing methods may cause fading / staining / damage of clothes
