Q: How to clean and maintain the frame?
A: Actually, after wearing the frames, the acidity of sweat will vary, or if you frequently move to places with high acidity and temperature (such as the seaside or sulfurous areas), such as living, working, or bathrooms, oil, sweat, acid, and moisture will remain. In addition, the humid weather in Taiwan can easily cause paint peeling and oxidation. Therefore, it is recommended that you regularly use a small amount of dishwashing liquid and clean with cold water after wearing the frames!
Gently press dry with tissue paper and keep it dry (remember not to use soap or shower gel!). Then store it in a glasses case. This will help reduce the occurrence of such problems and extend the life of the frame!
Q: Do my glasses/sunglasses need to be adjusted?
A: Yes! Daily use or accidental squeezing can cause your glasses to become loose or slightly deformed over time, affecting both comfort and aesthetics. Therefore, we recommend visiting our stores at least once a month for adjustment and cleaning. Proper frame adjustment ensures optimal visual comfort.
*Easily determine whether to adjust your glasses*
- Is it roughly level with the eyes when worn on the face?
- Are the screws of the temples loose?
- Are the sides of the temples too loose or too tight on the temples?
- Is the nose pad firmly attached to the nose?
- Glasses slide too easily
When your custom-fitted frames are placed flat on a table, it's normal for the temples to be uneven. This is because everyone's face shape and ear height are different.
If you have any questions about frame adjustment, you can send a private message to the customer service editor, but we recommend that you take it to a physical store first, and hand it over to the store staff for more accurate results!
Q: How long will it take for the product to be shipped?
A: Generally speaking, if the item is in stock, we will ship it to you within 2 to 3 working days. We do not ship on weekends!
If the item is out of stock and needs to be adjusted/restocked, we will notify you in advance via order message/SMS.
If you are purchasing a customized product that includes lenses, it usually takes 4 to 8 business days, excluding holidays. If it is a pre-order product, the shipping time on the pre-order product page will be the main factor.
If you order after shipment, it will take 1-2 days to deliver. If you order from a convenience store, it will take 2-3 days.
Q: Will the lenses be very thick?
A: In fact, our lenses are all ultra-thin lenses with a refractive index of 1.6 or above. However, the thickness of the lenses is unavoidable if the degree is deep. Each refractive index and corresponding degree has its own thickness.
Even with ultra-thin lenses, there's still a certain amount of thickness! If you're concerned about lens thickness, consider choosing the frame design, as the frame's shape can also affect the apparent thickness of the lens.
For example, you can choose a smaller frame, and try to avoid overly thin metal frames. The larger the frame, the thicker the lens will appear!
