Q: How to clean and maintain the frames?
A: In fact, after wearing the frames, due to the different acidity of sweat, or frequent travel to places of residence, work environment, and bathrooms with acidity and high temperatures (such as the seaside and sulfur areas), oil, sweat, acid, and water vapor residues will be added. The weather in Taiwan is humid, and it is more likely to cause paint peeling and oxidation. Therefore, after wearing it, it is recommended to regularly use a small amount of dishwashing detergent and clean it with cold water!
Press the water gently with tissue paper and keep it dry ~ (remember not to use soapy shower gel!) and then store it in a glasses case. This can reduce the occurrence of such situations and extend the life of the frames!
Q: Do glasses/sunglasses need to be adjusted?
A: Yes! Daily use or accidental squeezing will cause the glasses to become loose or slightly deformed in the long run, which will affect the comfort and appearance of the glasses. Therefore, it is recommended to come to our direct sales store at least once a month for adjustment and cleaning; Proper frame adjustment will make your vision more comfortable.
*Easy to judge whether you should adjust your glasses*
- Whether it is roughly aligned with the eyes when worn on the face
- Are the screws on the mirror legs loose?
- Are the sides of the temples too loose or too tight when pressed against the temples?
- Are the nose pads firmly attached to the nose?
- Glasses slide too easily
When the frame that has been adjusted for personalization is placed flat on the table, it is normal if the sides of the temples are not flat! Because everyone’s face shape and ear height are different.
If you have any questions about frame adjustment, you can send a private message to the customer service editor, but we recommend that you take it to a physical store first and leave it to the store staff for more accuracy!
Q: How long will it take for the product to be shipped?
A: Shipping time Generally speaking, if it is in stock, it will be shipped to you within 2 to 3 working days. We do not ship on weekends!
In case of shortage and need to adjust/replenish goods, we will notify you via order message/text message in advance.
If you are purchasing a customized product containing lenses, it usually takes 4 to 8 working days, excluding holidays. If you are purchasing a pre-ordered product, the shipping time on the pre-ordered product page will be the main one.
"After shipment", home delivery will take 1 to 2 days, and supermarket delivery will take 2 to 3 days.
Q: Will the lenses be very thick when paired with them?
A: In fact, our lenses all use ultra-thin lenses with a refractive index of 1.6 or above. However, if the power is deep, the thickness of the lens is inevitable. Each refractive index and corresponding power has its own thickness.
Even if it is formulated with ultra-thin lenses, it still has the thickness it deserves! If you are more concerned about the thickness of the lenses, it is recommended to make choices in the design of the frames. The form of the frames will also affect the apparent thickness of the lenses.
For example, you can choose a smaller frame shape and try to avoid too thin metal frames. The larger the frame, the thicker the lenses will appear!
