Select products → Add to cart → On the checkout page, select "Overseas Shipping"
Select payment method (online credit card) →
Select shipping region
(Advance shipping fee of $1000 for Asia / $2000 for regions outside Asia)
Confirm the total amount is correct → Fill in recipient information
(It is recommended to provide your LINE nickname in the order notes for easier contact)
Online credit card payment → Shipment
After the product is shipped, the actual postage will be adjusted (refunded if overpaid, collected if underpaid),
You can log in to the official website to check the international parcel tracking number.
EX:
Advance shipping fee of $1000 for Asia
After the product is shipped,
If the actual postage is $300, MISSU21 will refund the difference of $700.
If the actual postage is $1300, customer service will notify you to pay the difference of $300.
P.S. Any remaining balance for overseas shipping will first be stored as store credit in your member account.
If you wish to request a refund, please make a note in the order or contact official customer service.

Weight, volume, and shipping region will all affect the total shipping cost.
MISSU21 uses "Chunghwa Post / International Parcel Rates" for shipping.

All products are sold in a "in-stock + pre-order" model. If in-stock items sell out, they will show as "pre-order" and require a waiting period.
Under normal circumstances, the waiting time is usually 3-7 business days after checkout. In special circumstances,
The waiting time will be approximately 7-14 business days after checkout.
If a pre-ordered item is discontinued after payment, to avoid delays in shipping due to back-and-forth confirmations,
The amount for the discontinued item will be held as store credit, and other items in the order will be shipped.
The amount for the discontinued item will not affect any original free shipping promotions.
If you need to convert the store credit to a refund, please contact us.
